Website Use
PacksFactory.com provides custom packaging information, product references, material guidance, and quotation communication for B2B packaging buyers. Website content is for planning and comparison and does not create a binding supply agreement by itself.
Quotes and Packaging Information
Prices, MOQ, lead times, materials, print options, finishing options, carton packing, and shipping estimates are planning references until confirmed in a formal quotation or order document. Final terms may change based on artwork, quantity, box structure, material choice, destination country, and market conditions.
Samples and Approvals
For custom packaging orders, buyers are responsible for reviewing samples, digital proofs, dielines, artwork, color references, material notes, and box specifications before bulk production. Bulk production should not begin until the approval scope is clear.
Buyer Responsibilities
Buyers should provide accurate artwork, product dimensions, label instructions, destination-market requirements, compliance requests, and packaging performance expectations before quotation or production. Buyers are responsible for confirming whether final claims, labels, packaging copy, and import rules fit their market.
Payment, Production, and Shipping
Payment terms, production schedule, inspection scope, shipping method, and delivery responsibility should be confirmed in order communication. Shipping timelines may be affected by customs, carrier delays, holidays, weather, or destination-country procedures.
Intellectual Property
Buyers confirm they have the right to use logos, artwork, trademarks, product designs, and packaging files supplied for quotation or production. PacksFactory may decline projects that appear to infringe third-party rights.
Limitation
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, PacksFactory.com is not responsible for indirect loss, lost profit, platform penalties, or market consequences caused by product use, delayed buyer approval, inaccurate buyer information, customs decisions, or third-party service issues.
